Delete your account
You can delete your Restaurant Shopping List account and its data at any time. Choose one of the two ways below.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
By email (if you cannot open the app)
Send an email to support@pupo.vn from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm before deleting.
What gets deleted
Owner: your account and all data of the restaurant(s) you own (lists, vendors, purchase history, stock, to-dos) are removed from the app immediately; team members lose access.
Team member: your personal account is deleted and you are removed from every restaurant; the restaurant keeps its own data.
Within 30 days, personal data and remaining records are permanently deleted or de-identified on our servers. Data we must keep by law, or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud, may be retained longer.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
